GM Compliance of NSITF joins MD, Faleye at NBA Conference

The General Manager in Charge of Compliance of the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund, (NSITF), Alhaji

Abdul-Lateef Musa will join the Fund's Managing Director, Barrister Olúwaṣeun Mayomi Faleye to speak at the 65th Anneual Conference of the Nigeria Bar Association, NBA tagged Enugu 2025. According to a release signed by the HOD Corporate Services of the Fund, Ms Alexandra Mede.

While the Managing Director will headline the Breakout Session Vl of the Conference, Mr. Abdul-Lateef will speak on compliance and enforcement at the same Session.

The release said Alhaji. Abdul-Lateef Musa, an expert on compliance management, will join other experts to share insights on ensuring adherence to the Employees' Compensation Act, ECA. His presentation: Institutional Barriers to Effective Enforcement: the Role of Compliance in Safeguarding Employees' Rights, and Strategies for Bridging Gaps between Policies and Workplace Practice

"promises to guide legal practitioners, employers, and policymakers on how compliance serves as the backbone of the Employees' Compensation Scheme and a catalyst for justice." The statement added.
