He said "The importance of ethically re-orienting staff and their representatives in alignment with Management's strategic policies can not be overstated. The demonstration of the right attitude whether as individual or as part of a team is the cornerstone of productivity and success in any organization."

Barrister Abdu eulogized the Fund's staff unions leadership for the spirit of collaboration and teamwork they had exhibited in the past year. He urged them to continue in the same Spirit to take NSITF to greater heights.

The workshop was organized by the Association of Senior Staff of Banks, Insurance, and other Financial Institutions (ASSBIFI) NSITF Domestic Unit for its coordinators and Human Resources professionals across all regional and states' branches of the Fund.

The ED  disclosed that the executive management of the Fund under the leadership of "the visionary and forward-looking Managing Director, Barrister Oluwaseun Faleye" was working to reposition the NSITF through digitization, data-driven policies, expansion of services, improved staff welfare and workplace safety, and rejigged manpower development and training.

While promising the staff better deals going forward, he urged them to focus on the issue of the day and be ambassadors of strong work Ethics.
